PW White House is a gambit for time. Upon entering the lobby, one is catapulted into a light portal that teleports both its residents and guests into an intergalactic future.
Peter Wall envisioned the white porcelain as a white canvas that borrows the colors from its surroundings and becomes a minimalist entity within the west end fabric.

1120 Pacific was originally built in the seventies by a small German construction company from Oldenburg. Architect William Buttjes was commissioned to design the ten-storey building, which became analogous to many other similar concrete structures that populated the west-end at that time.
Half a decade since it stood boldly in the west end skyline, Peter Wall took up the challenge to transform the brutalist architecture of a past era;from a gray concrete tower to white porcelain clad beacon along the shoreline of Sunset Beach.
He appointed, Dirk Buttjes who began his architectural career at his father’s office, and take history into the 21st century and beyond.
